I followed this link on the ASUS forums to get this set of drivers: I however, can confirm that my onboard audio has been properly installed with the following entry in the device manager under Sound, video and game controllers: I have read online that the app reportedly will not install if the proper Realtek drivers aren't loaded. ** Restarting does not help, nor purging the Windows Store app itself as suggested by googling the error code - other apps download and install properly from the Windows Store You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. The Windows Store is throwing an error on install that says: This is the link to the Realtek app on the Windows Store So apparently, the Realtek HD Audio manager that used to be a pretty decent app (managing multiple audio jacks) has been deprecated and moved to the Windows Store, where I can't even get it to install.
